Michelle Heppner, DC
Dr. Michelle Heppner graduated from Life University School of Chiropractic, receiving her doctorate degree in 1995. Dr. Heppner practiced in Charleston, South Carolina, for 5 years until she moved to Charlottesville in 2000 to start a family practice where she could devote her time and effort to treating entire families, as well as individuals.
Dr. Heppner is devoted to her children, Emily and Quentin. Michelle is a firm believer in exercise and maintaining health and physical fitness.
Rebecca Wilder, DC
Raised in Foster City, California, a suburb south of San Francisco, Dr. Wilder first encountered chiropractic as a competitive youth athlete.
After high school, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in 2004 at Ripon College, in Ripon, Wisconsin while maintaining a Leadership Scholarship, playing on their Women’s Soccer team and volunteer coached the local high school Girls Soccer program. She returned home to California and went to massage school while also working in a variety of fields, including retail, restaurant work and contractor compliance, she began her studies for her doctorate at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA.
Upon graduation she moved to Charlottesville in 2016 and began private practice while also starting a chiropractic non-profit organization, both were closed permanently due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. She eagerly joins the Heppner Family team, in September 2022 with shared passion for chiropractic health care for all people at all stages of life including infancy, and even pregnancy, she is a member of International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, (ICPA) and is Webster certified.
When not working, she enjoys time with her two sons, loves travel, food, the outdoors, and continues to play soccer.
Bob DeGregory, CMT
Bob is a talented Massage Therapist who graduated from the International Academy of Massage Sciences in 1994 and was certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.
Since then, Bob has received training in a multitude of specialties. We are lucky to have him on the Heppner Family Chiropractic team.
In addition to being a highly skilled Massage Therapist, Bob is an adoring dad of one beautiful son, and a motorcycle enthusiast. He's also a songwriter and a member of a successful rock band called Full Moon Circle, for which he plays bass guitar.
Cindy Bitrick, Office Manager
Since 2012, Cindy has been taking care of all things at the front desk and behind the scenes here at Heppner Family Chiropractic. She will greet you with a smile and love for our patients .
Away from the office, she loves on her two daughters, Victoria and Kaitlyn as well as her fiancé, Wes and their dogs and chickens. She also loves spending time at wineries and listening to live music.
