Michelle Heppner, DC
Dr. Michelle Heppner graduated from Life University School of Chiropractic, receiving her doctorate degree in 1995. Dr. Heppner practiced in Charleston, South Carolina, for 5 years until she moved to Charlottesville more than a dozen years ago to start a family practice where she could devote her time and effort to treating entire families, as well as individuals.
Professional organizations: Member, Virginia Chiropractic Association
Interests: Dr. Heppner is devoted to her adorable young children, Emily and Quentin. Michelle is a firm believer in exercise and maintaining health and physical fitness. She's an enthusiastic member of the community, volunteering and participating in so much of what it has to offer.
Alicia Hamilton, DC
Dr. Alicia Hamilton graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon in 2012 with her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Since graduation she relocated to beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia.
Her mission is to focus on the entire family so that everyone is healthy, happy, & energized. She wants her patients to get all the support and encouragement they need to live their best lives possible. Dr. Hamilton gives simple home care exercises to her patients to correct their posture, relieve their daily pain, and empower them to take their health into their own hands.
When she is not helping patients achieve their health goals, Dr. Hamilton has many hobbies that she devotes free time to including, creating healthy foods, soap making, & walking or hiking with her husband and their dog River.
Bob DeGregory, CMT
Bob is a talented Massage Therapist who graduated from the International Academy of Massage Sciences in 1994 and was certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.
Since then, Bob has received training in a multitude of specialties. We are lucky to have him on the Heppner Family Chiropractic team.

In addition to being a highly skilled Massage Therapist, Bob is an adoring dad of one beautiful son, an avid runner and a motorcycle enthusiast. He's also a songwriter and a member of a successful rock band called Full Moon Circle, for which he plays bass guitar.
Holly Downs, CMT
Holly’s interest in massage therapy started from an early age when she helped her dad feel his best with foot rubs.
Holly’s flowing massages incorporate the knowledge of body structure and alignment while decreasing pain and increasing range of motion in the trouble areas of the body. She believes that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself with the help of massage, yoga, and chiropractic care.
Holly is a US Army veteran. a mother of three cute children and a volunteer firefighter.
In her free time, Holly enjoys spending quality time with her kids, playing board games, going on adventures, and learning new things.

Cindy Bitrick, Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant
Cindy Bitrick is our dedicated office manager and chiropractic assistant. She is a lifetime resident of the greater Charlottesville area and is involved in the local community.
In the office she is an extreme multitasker who does everything from answering telephones, scheduling appointments, responding to billing questions, replying to e-mails, to lending the doctors a helping hand. She is quick to give a smile and kind words to patients and staff alike.
Cindy enjoys spending as much time as she can with her husband Mike and their two amazing daughters Victoria and Kaitlyn. She likes many types of animals but especially hummingbirds and poodles - she has been a lifetime owner of the breed and currently has three furry poodle family members.
During her free time you might find Cindy working on her yard planting flowers or taking a trip to the beach to dig her feet into the sand.
